How can you do this when your world tells you that everything is falling apart? Success in remaining positive when others focus on doom-and-gloom requires: 1. Persistence. 2. Patience. 3. Believing in yourself. 4. An ability to screen out societys fear-based negative spin. 5. A willingness to change. 6. Ongoing inner work to clear your own self-sabotaging patterns in the DNA. 7. Surrounding yourself with others who also are focused on creating the new paradigm world. – Fourth, you can ask yourself daily what it is you want to create. This question is not just about today. Think long term. Keep your imagination and wonder alive by contemplating the brand new paradigm world that you know will feel like home. Dont try to make your dreams fit in with societys doomsday mindset. Reach beyond that rigid view and into a higher way of thinking. Trust that you can create something brand new! Decide daily what kind of energy you want to experience, setting your intentions for what you will manifest and how you will treat yourself and others. Visualize yourself experiencing what you have intended. As you do this, connect with the feeling of this experience, as though its happening right now. lightworkers.org We are the Arcturians. We have been asked how we see each other and whether we in fact have bodies as you understand them. Yes, we have physical bodies, but because we are operating at higher vibrational frequencies our bodies would be classed as energy phenomena in your current physics. The main point is we experience less separation, less “inside” and “outside”, less “me” and “you” with our bodies in this energetic form. They are still bodies, but with considerably less “drag” (laughter). When humans find each other physically attractive, they are drawn together, and it is the same for us. From your perspective, our physics is a physics of unseen vibration, but the manner in which we resonate with each other is exactly the same. We are attracted to similar vibrations. For us, those vibrations and resonances are subtle expressions of physical form. How are you able to travel here from Arcturus? When you look up into the stars at night, you are seeing the manifestation of a three-dimensional universe through 3D eyes. Everywhere, at every point in the 3D universe, there are significantly more than the three dimensions which your eyes can see. So, when you look up into the sky at the star Arcturus, you are seeing light that was projected from one point in the 3D universe approximately 36 light years ago. Many of you are feeling the new increased energies and this is causing some havoc to your energy systems. We guide most strongly to detach from the media and from advertising. The vibration that both stirs within you will cause your vibration to waver and flux, it is this that is causing you the physical symptoms that you may be experiencing at this time. Many of you read our words through various channels and at the time of reading will feel encouraged and safe. Shortly afterward you will return to your regular routine and our words will be lost to you. It is wholly understandable that many people are speaking of DNA at this time. Particularly, when there are perceptual barriers to understanding the true nature of the ascension process, the subject of DNA returns. What we want to say to you is this: those of you who are already experiencing the ascension process are becoming bridges across dimensions; those of you who have not yet consciously entered the ascension stream will become bridges across dimensions. In third density existence it is not your DNA which is responsible for your vibration, your consciousness or your ability to be love — and we would advise cautiously against all attempts to genetically modify the divine. Please take heart in the knowledge that ascension does not require special keys and that you are not lacking in any way, for as we have stated before the ascension stream is available to all humanity at this time without exceptions and you are all divinity’s expression. Each one of you already walks in source, there is no other way to walk but in source, source is the path and the origin and the destination and the dream of it all in motion.
