September 19th, 2009 Bashar is a multi-dimensional being, channeled through Darryl Anka, who speaks on a variety of topics. I see the 2012 ascension as two main parts: * Earth Ascension * Our Individual Ascension From an intuitive perspective I feel that it’s most important to align ourselves with the incoming higher frequencies that are now streaming into our Solar system. Earth has chosen to be part of these new frequencies, she will embody these energies and raise her focus or consciousness into the higher matrix whether we like it or not. Some term this as moving through the 4th dimension into the 5th. I guess you could say that Gaia is fed up with the old 3D world of duality and polarity and wishes to move on from it, the great cycle is giving us an opportunity as a species to very quickly spiritually evolve. As the higher energies stream in, more and more people are starting to awaken or remember who they truly are. This process may start by seeking information through various spiritual / esoteric websites, books, workshops or teachings. The next step is to start the inner journey of discovery, know who you really are, be comfortable in your skin, practice things that make your heart sing, replace fear with love and acceptance.
