For many the past 48 hours or so has resulted in a FEELing of increased energies and uncertainty. For those who are sensitive and of a higher vibration this has resulted in many cases of having excess energy that is difficult to work with. We guide ALL to begin to live from the heart and to begin to anchor in the new into their very BEing. We guide that the energies now sweeping the planet are once more clearing and cleansing and that ALL emotions and FEELings that come up to the surface are for acknowledgement and release. We guide that many are still not “facing” that which must be released and we guide YOU to go within. Go into the heart and allow the human life experience to be lived through the heart. The mind is having difficulty for many humans as they try to make logic and sense of what is essentially emotion. We once more guide that the mind cannot process emotion. Logically many humans across the planet are in turmoil as they try to rationalise what they are going through. By living this way dear ones YOU walk in illusion and YOU will end up very frustrated as the human life experience once more will seem an external event, one which YOU have little control over.

lightworkers.org www.crystalline-sanctuary.com We come to assist ALL at this time and ask YOU to detach from illusion as YOU seek to elevate and then maintain a higher vibration. Many of you are seeking to uncover more and more levels of TRUTH and whilst we guide that this is part of the process of Ascension we guide that many are not allowing the absorption and processing of TRUTH to take place. Once more we guide that there is no race to the finish line, for Ascension is the process that ALL are moving through at each moment and that is ongoing and will be ongoing. There will never be an “end” to the process for ALL continually grow and expand. Illusion teaches that there is competition, illusion teaches of the race to uncover more and be the first to uncover it. We guide YOU to detach from these teachings for they will not heighten YOUr vibration they will rock it. Many are now going through the process of absorption and anchoring into BEing the new TRUTH and the new level of vibration, we cannot stress enough the need to allow this to be absorbed and processed in due course. The length of time taken to process TRUTH will vary from human to human but all go through the process.

Those who are sensitive to the newer and higher energies have certainly been feeling something real in the air, and not only are we ever-nearer to being with you, the Divinity and Love you once knew quite well are to be with you as well. You have all done so much to ensure these end times go off without too many problems, with your efforts down there and our efforts up here we have together become an unstoppable force of Love and Light. We encourage every dear Lightworker to take time out of their day to ‘pat themselves on the back’. You deserve recognition daily for the wonderful (and might we add extremely efficient) job you have been doing on the difficult Earth sphere. Do not take it too far, as it is easy to begin nurturing one’s ego and sometimes souls don’t even realize when they are doing so. Even still, we wish you to realize how wonderfully you have been progressing. Just a short time ago, humanity would have not been deemed responsible enough to handle First Contact. The Light has cleansed your planet to such new heights, and we would like you to know that it is your Light that is bringing this New Age into manifestation. We ask that you once more process all our words and guidance through your hearts. We note that many are failing to do this and would ask the question why is it so difficult for many of you to allow yourself to FEEL? Many who read our words are still using their mind to create the life experience and we guide you strongly to detach from this way of BEing. In order to create chaos you must try to live in both parts of your body at the same time dear ones, those who oscillate between heart and mind will find parts of their life journey descend into chaos. This is due to the differences in vibration between the mind focussed life journey in which logic takes precedent and all things must make sense to the heart which is a higher vibration and will connect you to all others through the LOVE that IS. The difference in vibration is such that many will experience intense surges of chaos when they go from one to the other. One moment their life will make sense then the next moment they once again are within illusion struggling to understand their life purpose or what to do next. Many of you are feeling the new increased energies and this is causing some havoc to your energy systems. We guide most strongly to detach from the media and from advertising. The vibration that both stirs within you will cause your vibration to waver and flux, it is this that is causing you the physical symptoms that you may be experiencing at this time. Many of you read our words through various channels and at the time of reading will feel encouraged and safe. Shortly afterward you will return to your regular routine and our words will be lost to you. We guide you most strongly to start living your truth and to take steps to change what alters your vibration in a negative way from your lives.
