This one mentions a key thing that I haven’t heard recommended very often but makes a lot of sense. People around you who like to try to change your behavior won’t like the suggestion that Esther gives near the end of this snippet, but THAT IS WHY IT IS MOST IMPORTANT! Video Rating: 4 / 5
